"Got help quickly"
I had a quick question about my order and, they got back to me faster than I expected. The reply was helpful, no back-and-forth hassle or anything... just an easy experience overall.

"Return was handled quickly, though an apology would’ve helped"
I had a small issue with my order and ended up needing to return it. Support got back to me quickly and made the return process easy, which I appreciated. The refund came through without any problems too. I do think a simple apology for the inconvenience would’ve been nice, but overall it was handled well and I’d probably order again.

"Good value for the price"
I’m happy with it overall. The price felt fair for what I got, and uh, the quality was actually a bit better than I expected. It’s not perfect, but I’d say it’s definitely worth the money...

"Nice planter, but communication could’ve been better"
I got a planter from Emissary and the quality is really good. It feels solid, the finish looks nice, and it’s been sitting outside for a few weeks now with no cracks or weird fading. Shipping took longer than I expected, though, and I kind of felt ignored when I tried to figure out what was going on. Still, the planter itself seems durable and worth it.

I ordered from emissaryusa.com for the first time and it was straightforward. The site was easy to get around, I found what I needed quickly, and checkout didn’t give me any trouble with the cart or payment.
